Reflections on my experience

  One section from My Life Balance Wheel since October: «Which aspects stand out as areas where your life is disappointing? - I wouldn't say that I'm disappointed in anything, it's just that maybe I need to pay more attention to the Physical and Intellectual Sections. I think it's because I just don't have time to deal with myself and some of my areas of life that require emotional balance and physical strength. What factors are at work in these areas? - These areas of life are affected by the general workload (study and work) and simply the lack of time and energy to engage in my thoughts, emotions and physical health.
